The RESS 100-125-261 energy storage system is a compact all-in-one solution that makes your company independent of blackouts and allows you to earn money by paying for itself.

Main components of the system:

  • An inverter with an output power of 125 kW will reduce peak loads at the input in case of insufficient power supplied to the company.
  • The most modern LifePo4 batteries with a capacity of 46,592 kWh provide a total system capacity of 261 kWh for continuity of work processes during power outages.
  • The built-in EMS is designed to control the charge/discharge of the ESS, accumulating electricity during low-price hours and using it during high-price hours.
  • AI control system based on Siemens controllers with artificial intelligence integration allows you to combine and flexibly control an external power grid, generator, solar power plant and gas piston power plant according to given scenarios. Several inputs or generators, specific input restrictions, parallel operation with solar power plants, wind power plants or other generation sources – now it is not a problem, even in off-grid operation.
  • The liquid cooling system reliably protects the batteries from overheating and excessive cooling, so both external and internal placement is possible for the RESS series of UPS.
  • The active fire extinguishing system ensures compliance with all fire safety requirements at the enterprise.
  • 5-year guarantee.

And most importantly – scalability: the power of one system is not enough – combine up to 20 units together and be independent of any power supply situations.

The Rayton 1125-2170 energy storage system is a commercial solution for storing electricity from the grid or photovoltaic array in batteries using power electronics for further use during hours of high electricity prices, to cover peak loads, optimize own electricity consumption, backup power in case of emergency outages, and for operation in off-grid mode.

Optional operating modes of the system are achieved by installing additional equipment. The main elements among this equipment are the EMS system RAYTON CONTROL (energy management system). RAYTON CONTROL is assembled on Siemens controllers and programmed specifically for the object by our specialists. RAYTON CONTROL collects information from all elements of the system (ESS, PCS, electricity meters, input circuit breakers, sensors) and controls them by issuing appropriate commands. With RAYTON CONTROL there will be no restrictions on operating modes as such.
